From the beginning Yvette was so helpful and responsive. My wife and two year old son and I fell right at home at her beautiful home. With the beach about a one minute walk it was just what we needed. The grill and back patio on the water was a huge plus! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and hope to be able to visit again!

Passar esses dias com a minha família na casa da Ivette foi um presente de Deus pra nós. Ivette é uma pessoa super prestativa e gentil a sua casa é maravilhosa e praticamente dentro do mar. Fazer um churrasco de frente pro mar foi maravilhoso. A casa tem tudo que vc precisa para se sentir confortável. Eu estava preocupada com a escada da casa por causa das crianças e a Ivette imediatamente providenciou alguém na msm hora para instalar um cercado, ela é super prestativa. A praia em frente é perfeita para criança com o mar super calmo e raso, a Ivette disponibiliza tudo de praia inclusive várias toalhas. Foi definitivamente a melhor viagem que fizemos e com certeza desejo voltar mais vezes na casa da Ivette. Obrigada Ivette por disponibilizar sua casa maravilhosa pra nós e por ser essa anfitriã sem defeitos, estamos muito gratos.

Great location on the beach, with a nice little pool area and restaurants, food trucks, grocery store, etc right outside the community. The community was double-gated and felt extremely safe for our family. The location made it easy to get to Old San Juan and other areas towards the western side of the island. Everything worked as stated and the listed amenities were accurate. Our kids (9 and 5 years old) enjoyed being so close to the beach - the beach area is perfect for little ones without worry about tides and waves. Ivette is a wonderful host. She called right after we entered and shared all the details about the property and nearby area. She was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We had a situation with ants and she responded right away and quickly scheduled a service to come by to fumigate (it fixed the issue immediately!). She even helped search out something we wanted to buy in addition to leaving beach toys for our kids which was a very kind touch.

Incredible place. Magical views. Unbelievable access to the water. We had such an amazing time. The place could use some updating (some lights didn’t work, some tiles need repair), but those minor MINOR imperfections did nothing to make this place any less than 5 stars.
