My experience took a negative turn when I received a message at 9 p.m. on the night before checkout, informing me that the next guest couldn't locate the keys. This struck me as odd, considering that our checkout time was 11 a.m. and the next guest wasn't due to arrive until 2 p.m. I understand the importance of property inspection and maintenance, especially with a team present on-site, but the lack of immediate notification in case of any issues was concerning. Following instructions, I left the keys where instructed. To my surprise, the host later informed me that the keys needed to be replaced, with a hefty charge of $175. This seemed suspicious to me, as the invoice provided didn't seem to be from a legitimate company, and I felt pressured into paying for something that may not have been necessary. Feeling uneasy about the situation, I reached out to Airbnb for assistance. Thankfully, they intervened and I was not held responsible for the questionable charge. Thank You Airbnb!!!

What a beautiful home! We were two families with 4 kids and the house fit us perfectly! Each room has a beautiful view of the pool with floor to ceiling windows. The two main bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms with everything you need. The kitchen was perfect, we hired a chef one night and it came with everything he needed and all of the high end appliances anyone would need. The pool area and hot tub was a perfect start or end of the day. A morning coffee in the hot tub should be how every day begins. Another favorite was the access to the two golf carts, such a perfect opportunity to see the Dorado Beach area and easily get to the many beautiful spots. Amazing hosts and amazing home!

Wow! What an incredible work week from this lovely abode. Yajia is the best host with whom I have had the pleasure of working. Her place is great and She was immediately available. She took time out of her day to drive my team to a client’s home in Dorado so we could avoid getting drenched in a morning rain storm. If the amenities of the Ritz Carlton are important, then Yajia will do everything needed to get guests registered for day passes. Our team each used the day passes at night for meals and Yajia had golf carts immediately available for use to and from the Ritz. Top flight stay! Thank you.

I would like to say. FANTASTIC!!! It was the best vacation ever for my family. My two kids 31 and 28 with their spouse’s and my two Grandchildren, ages 5-1. It was an open floor plan and happy place to stay. The pool and hot tub were right out the front door. There were games to play in the house. There was air conditioning in each room so that we can independently control our temperatures. Everything was spotless. The Ritz Reserve Resort was incredible to be at. The Airbnb included two golf carts for us to travel this beautiful resort. The landscaping and golf course were just stunning. Each night we took the golf carts down to the beach and took the most beautiful, breathtaking views and pictures. Our 5 year old grandson said he wants to live here because he enjoyed chasing the small lizards around the pool area. The owners of the Airbnb came and made us feel so welcome. I would highly recommend everyone come stay at this resort style home.

I hosted an event in this location and it was a great experience. The rental was in very good conditions and it really provided an amazing setup for the experience of the guests. Host was super accommodating, responsive & went above and beyond to help with anything that we needed. Would highly recommend this property.
