The location was perfect and close to the Coast Guard training center.

Good location for beach goers. Only concern is outdoor stairs leading to the unit. If you have young kids or dogs, they may need some assistance. My dog was too afraid to climb up and down. However, it was a good stay. John and Allison were very responsive.

The location was good. However, there was pet hair on the sheets and hair in the bathroom. The place needed a good cleaning before my nephew stayed. They didn’t complain but I think cleanliness is top priority. Not sure I would rent again without some sort of guarantee of cleanliness.

The hosts were great. Extremely flexible-let us check in early and check out late. Answered every question almost immediately and very friendly. The house was perfect for two people. Had everything we needed. Only down side was very loud family staying below and you can hear everything, and the slanted ceilings were a bit of a pain. We are short people-I'm only 5'2" and I had trouble getting ready in the bathroom because of how low the ceiling is. Other than that, it was a great stay in a great location.
