Charles and Evan were super responsive, kind, and the place was great! It was a perfect spot with plenty to do. The living areas, upstairs game/bedroom, and outdoor deck overlooking the bay were the highlights for sure. Great deal, great hosts, and a great home.

The best part of this rental is its location directly on the bay. We had access to kayaks and stand-up paddle boards and spent our time using these items in the mornings and upon our daily returns from the beach. The distance to beach could be walkable, but not with coolers, chairs, etc. We were lucky to find free street parking at the beach. We utilized the back deck exclusive to our unit most of the time and the sharable one (with the unit below) out at the dock. The living room was comfortable. We were a party of five who each had their own bed, so there was plenty of room. The description accurately reflects this listing. The owners were super quick to respond to any questions we had. The listing should be updated to include having access to sheets and towels. Kudos to Tracy, the cleaning girl, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable (clean) after having to spend extra time behind the renters before us who did not follow the "exit" procedures. Great value!

The place was way smaller than expected. Every bed in the place was uncomfortable sagging and very squeaky. The location was beautiful. 4000 for 3 nights was a rip off
