This was our third stay with Fred and, as always, everything was great! Fred's place is always very clean and is kept up to date. This visit there were new frying pans so you never have to worry about anything old or not working. We love the location as it is a quick walk to the most lively part of Old Town, with unique shops and Mary's Mountain Cookies! The whole place is relaxing!

Fred and Carol were the absolute best hosts. It was a highlight of the stay getting to meet and talk with them. Their well furnished lodgings were clean and had all the amenities you could need. I only wish we hadn't scheduled things forcing us to rush out on our check out. Missed saying thank you and goodbye in person!

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! Fred went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The space was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches everywhere. The location was ideal, close to all the attractions yet still peaceful and quiet.

Great place in a very convenient location. It was walkable to breweries and restaurants. The place itself was quite cute and equipped with cooking supplies, games, puzzles, etc. I definitely would recommend this place to anytime visiting Fort Collins!
