This house is perfect for anyone hoping to explore downtown Fort Collins. we stayed the weekend and we never used our car after we parked at check-in. The location is ideal for exploring, but that comes with some negatives. The noise at night from the nearby bars can be a little distracting while trying to sleep (bring a noise machine). We were also woken up around 4:30 in the morning from the dumpster that's next door being emptied. The high loft ceilings are great, but the tall windows and lack of blackout window treatments in the bedroom lead to a lot of natural light in the mornings, so don't expect to sleep in too late (unless you use earplugs/mask). This house was perfect for our family of 5, but the very thin full-sized pull-out couch mattresses wouldn't be good for adults. Lastly, if you have kids sleeping on the couches, bring an extra blanket or two, all that is provided are sheets plus one fleece blanket per pull-out, which isn't much. Would recommend for a couple/fam, tho!

Great spot in Old Town! Stacy was very responsive and provided all the details needed for an easy check-in. The loft was wonderful! Very spacious, comfortable, and relaxing. Has all the amenities one would expect. Close to everything. Can't wait to come back.
