The dairy and its surrounds were just beautiful. our stay was perfect and we had such a wonderful time. Patty was such a welcoming host and even brought us a cooked breakfast for our stay.

Pattys' property is just gorgeous - a very special place surrounded by stunning gardens and lake. The view out the windows of the beautifully furnished cottage is picture book perfect. Such a wonderful place to take some time out to relax and unwind. Patty is an incredible host whose attention to every detail was gratefully appreciated. So many beautiful touches made our stay one to remember. We will be back.

My partner and I found Patty’s place absolutely perfect. The Dairy has been converted into the sweetest cottage decorated with lovely soft furnishings & a good selection of vintage and art. We felt right at home. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed being able to light a fire and watch a movie at night. During the day we explored the extensive gardens and were absolutely delighted at how beautiful it was. We would love to visit again. Patty was helpful and the most excellent host.

This property is amazing. Right in between Bowral and kangaroo valley, you’ll be treated to about 10 acres of beautifully kept garden with its own little lake. You’ll have a lake in your backyard! The converted dairy house is beautiful and cosy. Plenty of natural light and such a homey cottage yet modern feel. My wife and I barely even left the property as it was so nice and peaceful. We had planned to go canoeing in kangaroo valley but didn’t need to as we had our own beautiful lake to row in. Patty was an amazing host, she was very helpful with whatever we needed. My wife and I couldn’t recommend this place enough.
