What an incredible time we’ve had - Kini Beach (and the staff at Aeriko!) has our hearts. As much as the whole town is so sweet, I don’t think there could be a better place than this to enjoy it from. It was the perfect home for a special multi-generational once in a lifetime holiday that we hope we can repeat again :)

The views from the villa are amazing. Kini beach and restaurants are within a short walking distance. The villa is very well equipped and Thanos was always on hand to help. We all had a wonderful stay in Syros and would highly recommend the villa.

A fantastic location for a family holiday. On a beautiful bay with a selection of tavernas and cafes and lovely swimming, plus a stunning cliff walk to another beach. The house location was great and the facilities comprehensive with good air con to keep you cool.

Excellent! I come to Greece every summer, to different islands and this was by far my favorite home I stayed. We were a family of 6 and had more than enough space. Very beautiful Greek house. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, extremely clean, most beautiful views from all rooms, walking distance to beautiful sand beaches along with many restaurants. The host was very nice and always responded fast and helped us with anything we asked. I’ll for sure stay here again. Couldn’t recommend this place more!
