This townhome is beautiful, and its location was perfect for us. Blue Mountain Beach has just enough restaurants, ‘activity’, etc. that everyone is happy. If you want to get more activity, Seaside is literally minutes away. On this trip, our A/C wasn’t initially working, but that was corrected within 2 days and we were given a refund to compensate-great customer service! Our only other issue was that we only got one fob for the beach gate. It was an inconvenience but definitely no deal breaker. With already receiving some $$ back, we were happy to deal with that. Overall-loved it and would highly recommend!!

the management company worked with us on helping us get our water back on, but lots of problems during our stay with maintenance issues. they refunded us for the night we didnt stay which we appreciate.

We stayed over Christmas and everything was perfect! My hubby who does not like the beach was super impressed by this location, the apartment and the gorgeous beach. He couldn’t believe how beautiful the view was from our balcony. We’ll go back for sure! The apartment had everything we needed and it was very clean. Thank you!

Great location, very convenient access to private beach, parking area is great (actual assigned spot is perfect). Balconies are great, very pleasant, private, and useful. Master bedroom very large and nice. There are little things about the unit that are out of date/not practical, but would still rent this unit again due to the conveniences listed above. Had no issues with 'thin walls' as listed in other reviews, no complaints from our neighbors about my 4 year old being loud.
