Stunning stay!! A private entrance/exit right on Central Avenue is walkable to a plethora of unique local restaurants, shops, and bars. It was a quick walk to Bathhouse Row for our spa day. There are a multitude of group gathering spaces inside and out with loads of seating. The Bedrooms are luxurious and spacious and give each guest their own personal area. The private back patio space was a fun oasis to unwind with my girls group away from it all. The wine grotto is a magical space, but it rained all weekend so we didn’t utilize it much. We absolutely adored this home for our girls trip and hope to here stay again!
We had an amazing time! Everything was just as it was described. We will definitely be back!
This was an amazing place with a great location. You could walk every where down the strip to enjoy the Hot Springs, the trails, and restaurants.
This is an absolute TREASURE! We enjoyed every minute of this trip. We came for the high school state basketball finals. Everything was within walking distance. The loft was spotless and the art and decor were spectacular. We are already planning our next trip. By far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in.
A great place to stay! Beautifully decorated and furnished in a way that made you feel like you were at home. Then there is the location! Walk out the front door onto the sidewalk where everything is located. This was by far the best place we have ever stayed in Hot Springs.

We are Beth and Richard Gipe, owners of SoHo on Central, we are a California couple transplanted in Arkansas. We own and operate Legacy Fine Art specializing in contemporary art by nationally recognized artists. Prior to Arkansas Beth was a risk manager for commercial insurance and Richard was an investment banker. SoHo, located above Legacy Fine Art, is our vacation rental, and we have gone overboard to make it as nice as possible for you and for us! Please enjoy your stay with us, tell your friends and come back often.
