Beautiful and spacious home perfect for our family eclipse gathering. The layout is great, allowing for everybody to both come together and also have their own spaces when needed. It is best to communicate directly with Teresa as communication through Airbnb with Evolve seems to be managed by a large amount of people unconnected to the property. Teresa was quick to respond and helpful.

With work and school requirements and different "off" schedules in two different states, it's difficult for our family of ten to gather under one roof in a place big enough for us all. We selected this property for its ability to accommodate our family, and at a travel location halfway between our two resident states. The house is very spacious and provided plenty of open areas for our four-night stay. Five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and two levels gave us just the right amount of personal privacy when we needed it and the space we wanted for gathering, playing games, visiting, etc. And the setting was spectacular! The full moon reflecting off the water of the Ouachita just before dawn one morning just added to the ambiance. Selecting this property was a no-brainer for our family's gathering for what will likely be an annual "between holidays" event. This one sets the bar pretty high! Many thanks to our host! We hope to return to this property on a future visit.

We enjoyed our extended family vacation here. Both the home and the location are beautiful, and there is so much room! There were eight of us and a baby, and we never felt crowded. There was always something for everyone to do, but my favorite was enjoying the lovely view from the spacious porch…beautiful and so relaxing! The home is simply gorgeous, offering all of the conveniences you could possibly need. From our great-grannies to our infant, everyone was comfortable and had everything necessary needed. Our host was very helpful and informative, and reached out with useful information prior to our visit. We all enjoyed our time here and look forward to another visit in the future.
