Ashley House is the perfect spot to explore Broughty Ferry. It's a great location for the beach and town. Darren is a wonderful host and his hospitality was endless. The communications beforehand were excellent and he offered us great recommendandations for eating out. He also cooks a mean breakfast himself. We would gladly return.

Darren's place is located on a busy road but has off street parking. The period property is comfortable and tastefully furnished and all the amenities of Broughty Ferry are within easy walking distance. Darren is a great host, welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Recommended.

Darren is very friendly and a great cook. We got breakfast to order. Also, he recommended a dinner place within walking distance which we went to and were delighted. It's a short walk to the water. We didn't hear any noise from the other guests, and got a good night's sleep.
