We enjoyed our 6 night stay here. The place was peaceful, perfectly appointed, and had amazing views. Our hosts were super helpful with anything we needed during our stay. They were amazing! The location proved a challenge sometimes with getting around the area. We found the busses somewhat undependable and chaotic at times. This is no reflection on the property however.

Our stay with the sisters was absolutely incredible. La Cicala was a warm, calm, and thoughtfully decorated space. It's perfectly placed for popping to town for a drink, meal or a few essentials. Getting the bus down to Amalfi was easy and the surroundings offered us experiences from a beautiful fiorde and the sea to a wonderful lemon grove, where we had an evening tour. The bed was comfortable, the shower warm and bathroom beautifully decorated, just right to set off the day. The kitchen had all the appliances and essential supplies you might need for cleaning and cooking, and there's plenty of local produce both provided and easily available. The pool was a dream, a perfect place to relax after a long day's exploring. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back!

Paola and her sisters were fantastic hosts! The location feels like an oasis with all the gardens and flowers. The private terrace is nice and the pool is refreshing on a hot day. Quiet neighborhood and walkable to a couple restaurants and markets. Just recognize that this is not in the “main towns” of the Amalfi coast (it’s between Amalfi and Positano), about a 20 minute bus ride. It was exactly what we were looking for, accessible to the towns but away from the main crowds.

Paola was so helpful and responsive, we appreciated how quick she was and when I couldn’t find the place she came out looking for me! The place was pretty and very clean. Had a beautiful view from the balcony. There’s not really anything to do around the place but the actual property was nice.
