Really fantastic location within Berwick and lovely home

The property is quite tired vs the pics and it’s also quite chilly in the evenings. It is in a nice quiet location though, close to the town and the walls which are super. No outdoor space for dogs with this property so you’ll need to walk up the road to the local green if you’re bringing your dog with you. Also an additional £30 charge for dog cleaning after booking wasn’t mentioned in the listing. A fair a bit of carpet staining was evident which we suspected might be from previous dog stays. Suggest getting rid of the sizeable ashtray full water and butts from the back door before guests arrive. We appreciated being allowed to return to collect our bags after check out time. Thank you.

Great communication. House was in a lovely location in Berwick, plenty of places to walk and explore as well as being ideally located for easy access to Berwick centre. Plenty of on street parking near the property. Clean and well presented. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you

This home is in a good location in Berwick. Close to the centre of town yet a stones throw from green open spaces and the coastal path. It’s spacious and the roof terrace is lovely. We were very disappointed that the electric wood burner shown in the living room photographs has been removed. Instead there is a TV. We got quite chilly in the evenings (it was windy and rainy outside) and would have appreciated a secondary form of heating as were unable to adjust the thermostats. But otherwise, it all worked well for us. Thank you.
