ground floor unit right on the water....private patio, newly renovated unit. Sits on 3.5 acres of land on the ocean. Out door heated pool (seasonal), hot tub (heated year round), tennis court, playground for children, badminton and fire pit on the ocean. 100 ft dock for large and small boats...a holiday you will remember for ever! We have guests coming from all over the world, some have been coming for 15 years. We own several units on the property if you are wanting larger groups this unit is right on the ocean....can't get better than that!

Great value for such an amazing serene place on the beautiful arbutus tree laden shores of yellowpoint. The location is perfect, lots of walking and running trails in surrounding area we explored with our dog. The low lying beachfront was great for a pre and post hot tub cold plunges. Having breakfast and meals on the patio watching the sunset and listening to the waves and birds and resident seal was a piece of heaven. We will definitely be back!

It was a beautiful location with a wonderful view. Unit was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

we are situated on 3.5 acres of land on the ocean....lots of beach combing and tons of hiking on the ocean and surrounding trails. We are away from all of the hustle and bustle perfect place to relax and unwind. Yet only 15 min drive to shopping, restaurants etc...We have guests that have been coming for years
We have onsite parking for one car per unit....Best to bring a car as there are so many things to see and do

My husband and I are a professional couple who enjoy travel and collecting art. .We love the area which is close to hiking trials, a wonderful swimming lake, the ocean and the Galloping Goose trail. In addition to our "day jobs" we own and operate a number of vacation rental properties . This keeps us busy but in a good way. We love food, wine and good company. In our free time my husband plays tennis, I go to yoga classes and we enjoy kayaking together/ We have a 10 month old standard poodle named Winston which we are presently training or he is training us- hard to tell really. I hope you will love this home as much as we do!
