We managed to snag this place for the 2024 Total Solar Eclipse and it was the perfect spot for us. Plenty of wide open outdoor space to view the eclipse and that same night, while we used the fire pit, we had an amazing view of the stars. We were a large group, two families - 4 adults & 4 kids, and this placed worked great for our 2 night stay. The adults stayed in the two upstairs bedrooms and the basement was perfect for the kids. We ate all our meals on the front patio area and got treated to choruses of bird song. KC and her husband were a fantastic and welcoming hosts and made sure our stay was as comfortable and easy as possible. They have definitely setup the home to be super accommodating for guests. There were plenty of night lights, charging cords next to every bed, a fun selection of dvds if you happened to find yourselves stuck inside one day, and it's stocked with plenty of amenities. We all agreed, even the kids, that this is the best Airbnb we've stayed at.

It is an amazing farm ! Big and peaceful, if you are looking for a place like this definitely is Davenport farm , thanks Karen for the tour around the farm and your lovely dogs , the lake the house everything was perfect ! I definitely recommend this place💯

KC's place was amazing and she treated us like family. Nothing but good things to say about this place and her family. Highly recommend staying with KC, we will be staying with her again next year!

Had a great time. The amenities were above and beyond and you absolutely cannot beat the scenery.

The host was excellent. There home was above board and very clean. They offered everything that you would need for a family vacation plus some. I will recommend anyone to stay with the lovely host.
