Adorable 5 Bedroom Lake House only 1 minute from the Little Patoka Boat Ramp! Plenty of room to park your boat while you hang out at the house. Bring your friends as there is room for a large group. Large yard for the kids to play, while the adults grill out on the gas grill while lounging on the wraparound porch. Wifi & Dish TV along with a fully stocked kitchen make this one of the most convenient and comfortable vacation homes in the area. House is located only 1 minute from the Little Patoka Boat Ramp. We just added a hot tub in the garage area. Plenty of room to park your boat at the property. Fire pit area & gas grill

Beautiful property! We loved the location. Nathan was very communicative and the check in/check out process was very smooth. House is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed our stay and will be back to this property in the future.
Nathan's place was fantastic! It was a great size with 5 bedrooms and had 2 nice living spaces. Very peaceful and quiet rural feel and area. The only issue was that the hot tub did not work properly. It ran, but never heated above 91 degrees the entire weekend, even though the settings were bumped up to 104. However, it was extremely cold the weekend we were there (temps were right around 0 with wind chills even colder) so that may have played a factor. We still had a great weekend there, though!
This was a beautiful place and accommodated our family of 8 very well. Everything was as the pictures stated.
Nathan's place was perfect for meeting family from Ohio and Illinois in the middle in a beautiful area. We have ancestors from Tell City so wanted to explore there a little, but always prefer to be near the forest. We will be back when there is warmer weather and we can enjoy the lake more!
