Muul-Ha is a cute, quaint place to stay in Xul-Ha. The host is friendly and very helpful. The pool is clean and we had it to ourselves the afternoon we used it! We stayed in the little cabana right in front of the lagoon. Inside there are 2 double beds, a small table and all your linens. Adequate but that’s it. No water for drinking, no chairs inside. Not a big deal but be prepared. There are chairs outside. The roof is thatched so it’s not soundproof. There was a large group our first night and we could hear them visiting until late at night. Also there are a lot of dogs in the area so be ready for barking. Again not a big deal but if you’re a light sleeper, keep this in mind. The lagoon here is probably the best spot we experienced for swimming! The water is deep and a gorgeous dark turquoise! We also kayaked around and it was peaceful and lovely! There aren’t too many restaurants in Xul-Ha and not much English. There’s a small store for snacks and drinks just down the road.

la comunicación con Concepción fue buena, pero el chico que nos recibió, Mario, fue un encanto, amable, atento, siempre sonriendo, proactivo, hizo toda la diferencia, hasta nos ayudó a conseguir algo para desayunar al día siguiente. el lugar está súper bonito y bastante cómodo, tiene acceso a la laguna y espacios abiertos.
