really bad communication- didnt answer four calls and didnt reply to messages. we were cold on the boat with no heating. we then discovered that the owner had dismantled the heating system. how on earth can you charge $250 a night and be so cheap and stingy to not allow central heating when its almost winter and freezing on the water at night? we even asked a neighbour boat for help and they said ‘good luck getting a response from him’. totally ruined the stay.

Such a fun spot to stay! The boat was very spacious and clean. I liked the location that was walking distance to coffee shops, etc. Neil sent terrific instructions. The only difficulty was trying to find nearby parking when we arrived on a busy Saturday night. We ended up parking several blocks away in the free lot and carrying our bags. A great stay!

Neil is a great host. Stay here if you can, while you can. The boat and dock are gems, right in downtown Providence. The location is amazing and really funky. It's a yacht, the masters quarter is a good size with a real queen bed, very comfy, and the shower and hot water were perfect. It's really a fun spot to stay, especially if you take a few people and hang out and play card games.

It was a great stay! While checking in, in the beginning it was a little tough but later I found out Neil was out of the country in Brazil with poor service. However, he did his best to guide me and he completely made it up for a little bit hassle in the beginning. After I was able to contact with him he was super helpful and the stay was worth it! I will definitely recommend!!! :)))
