Not bad accommodations considering the local prices these days. Shower temperature was poor (Lukewarm), and yes, I did follow the instructions for use. I found the bed to be uncomfortably hard. It is a hard fold up type. The compact refrigerator freezer was packed with frost with old items imbedded in the frost. It was nearly unusable. There is no kitchen sink in the rental, and there is a plastic tote for placing your dirty dishes to be washed after your stay. This basement space has a very low ceiling, and would be annoying to anyone over 6 foot tall. Some rooms did have the usual exposed Gas, Water, electrical, cable TV, and sewage lines exposed that you would see in any basement. This includes some electrical connections, wiring and switches that would never pass an electrical inspection. I don't mean for the above comments to be overly negative, as long as you are not expecting 5 star accommodations this place is ok. Local prices are expensive.

Just as listed, i left right at home. The hosts were very friendly. I would recommend & stay here again.

This place was lovely! Me and my partner really enjoyed the secluded basement section with a private entrance! There was a list of instructions about parking that was very helpful. Overall the place was excellent
