Jim was an extremely flexible host. It was very kind of him to let us check in a little earlier than the check in time. He was very responsive and the Air BNB was spotless and neat. It was a short walk to the beach, which was exactly what we were looking for and the beach was nicely not busy. The price range was also very good for the location. Will definitely be looking to stay again! Thank you Jim!!

I was working the weekend at the cape so bright my family with me. The best part of Jim’s house is the proximity to the beach. My wife and two little kids were able to walk to the beach multiple times during our stay. The house itself is cute, off the main road with minimal to no traffic so my kids could play outside and ride their bike. The kitchen and rooms had all the amenities one would need for their stay. I would highly recommend if visiting cape and primarily interested in getting some beach time while having a neat, convenient and affordable place to stay.

We had a wonderful two night stay! Due to a storm and family health issues we had to switch weekends and they were so understanding and accommodating. We had a little trouble with the TV, but after texting the owners we were able to reset the WiFi next door and it worked with no problem. The rental was extremely clean which was great It is a two minute walk and you are on the beach. We would definitely rent this again!!!

Jim's little cottage in Barnstable was a nice little spot for a beach weekend getaway. A beautiful beach was a very short walk away and the whole area was lovely.
