Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for a large group of us (about 8-10). The location was easy to get to things - it's a short drive to the beach with local grocery stores walkable. The outdoor area and backyard was INCREDIBLE. We absolutely loved the pool and the massive backyard and it's reflected accurately in photos. The indoor was okay. It was a fairly modern build as seen in the photos. The layout of the house is a little funky - most of the bedrooms are upstairs but the living areas are spread out downstairs and there isn't a couch in the main area where we wanted to spend time near the kitchen. Communication was great but we didn't receive check-in instructions. Once we messaged about it the day of check-in we received the door code just not super clear instructions about how to use the handles to get in. The only thing that bothered us is the house has a pretty strong mildew smell - if you're sensitive it will be a little tough.

Backyard with pool, outdoor kitchen, and large grassy area were awesome. We spent most of our time out there and would highly recommend to anyone.

The location and the house were ideal for my family. We celebrated the 80th birthday of the family matron, and the house went a long way in the success of the get together. The yard was huge with a place to play soccer, and a pool that was professional grade and very well maintained. We are very glad we chose this house and the photos don't tell the whole story.
