We had a great time at Anders place. Its in a beautiful location with amazing views, in nature, but also only a 30 min walk to town (fine for adults, a bit long for very small kids), so one can go venture to town, enjoy restaurants, or take the train to the beach. The villa has everything one needs to accommodate cooking needs eg for a large group, table tennis and basketball balls, and is well decorated, making one feel like home immediately. Anders was flexible on check in/out and also helped organize a baby bed for our group, overall him and the local caretaker were responsive and helpful!

House and location is much better in real life than the photos, it was a good space for 8 of us ( x2 families with young adult children) We were initially concerned it might be too rural, and difficult to walk into town, or to get around without a car for the youngsters, but it was all very easy. They were able to get taxis easily back to the house from both port de soller and Palma. Communication between Anders and team was really good, we had few hick ups, delays, a storm and flight cancellations, but Anders accommodated us and really helped out. We had a great stay and overall I think the house was great value.

We had a nice stay at the property. The living room/ kitchen does not have AC so can be quite hot during August. There were a few areas of the house that needed to be cleaned more thoroughly, but the overall experience was good. Large home with very comfortable pool and surrounding fruit trees. Felt serene, peaceful and tranquil. Nearby many grocery stores and restaurants which made the location convenient. Merci

This is a magical house just outside Soller with astonishing views and very stylishly done. Anders and family have put a lot of love into the place and it shines through. Andreas who looks after the house was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. It was - inevitably for August - very hot, and so keeping windows/shutters closed was essential in the daytime but the A/C in the bedrooms worked well. Access to the top bedrooms was little tricky for our very oldest and youngest guests but otherwise fine. We loved the pool and enjoyed the outdoor bbq/dining area, table tennis and basket ball hoop!

We were 2 families - 10 adults - and the house was great for a very relaxing week. Great views and outside area around the pool. Cars were essential for us as walk to village is prob 20-25 minutes and supermarket a bit further. Anders was very helpful and responsive in sorting out any minor issues.
