Had a great month stay at Guy’s studio in Costa Azul. Loved the access to the beach as well as the canyon. Easy and cheap Ubers available to go anywhere you need. Highly recommend for any length of stay!

Guy’s place was welcoming and comfortable. It was a quiet retreat just a few minutes walk to the beach. I really enjoyed sitting under the palapa and watching the birds. Overall a great stay and as described.

An adventure to say the least! I was hoping for a place close to the beaches yet quiet and removed from the city and night life. Well this was it. I arrived at night with unfamiliar surroundings and no street lights! I did bring a light. Guy was very friendly, showed me the place and explained a few things. Guy is a great person and very accommodating. He has created a beautiful and private setting in his back yard. The RV is old and tired but worked for me since I was on my own. The cooking is done outside with lots of space, a full size sink, a propane stove and a full size fridge. Wifi was good and there was a TV. The warm water shower was challenging as it was a very small space inside the RV and in need of a serious make over. It was late, I was tired and went to sleep. In the morning I realized that the place had not been cleaned since the previous occupent. I spoke to Guy in the morning. We cleaned the place up and I enjoyed the rest of my stay. Thanks Guy!

Perfect location! It’s seriously in the one of the best places a person can find themselves to be! It’s about 3-5 mins to walk to Costa Azul Beach! Once you get to Costa Azul , if you want, you can easily walk to neighboring beaches which is always a fun thing to do if you don’t have plans for the day! If you don’t plan on bringing a car (I didn’t) you can Uber everywhere! If you’d rather take a bus, there’s always the bus option as well! The bus will take you a ton of places too. I chose both options, but I found myself using Uber a ton. Anyways.. San Jose Del Cabo is situated in a great spot of Cabo, and the state of Baja California Sur in general. Cabo San Lucas is only a quick drive away, there are nice beaches everywhere you look, you’re close to good grocery stores (I always went to La Comer), you’re close to downtown San Jose, you’ve got your shopping, you’ve got your starbucks, you’ve got your surfing as well as other water sports! Add all that up, and include it with one of the great hosts of all time and you’ve got yourself a great place to stay/vacation!
