Place is located .6 km uphill on dirt road from beach Then 1 km along main highway with no sidewalks to get to town No place to sit except for kitchen table chairs Inside and out Only kid’s picnic table outside Biggest problem was three dogs barking Woke me up most mornings I complained but it didn’t really change After few afternoons of listening to pug bark known stop I texted Susan She took a minute to answer but dog went inside She told me it was not her dog but neighbour’s I was standing on road watching dog in yard It’s Mexico dogs bark but not for me

Susana is the best host anyone could ever ask for! For the price this is a great spot and location.

The best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Susana was the best host I have had. she answered questions. Gave us reccomendations and helped us out a ton. Susana even got a wifi extender so I could plug in my laptop and work from the Airbnb. We will definitely choose to stay here whe we come back to Cabo. Thank you so much Susana!

Susana was a great host. Helpful and very quick to respond to all my questions. The place itself was also great. Brand new, and everything was clean. Another reviewer noted that it was dark. Yes, it's dark, but you have the whole outside "yard" area in the photos. (It's not shared with anyone.) Also, after being in the bright desert sun, it was a relief to come back to Susana's place. She has three very sweet, medium-sized dogs. Combined with the security camera, this makes for a very secure place. (There's actually very little crime in Cabo, so no reason to worry.) I'll be coming back!

The place is extremely clean, immaculate. Everything I needed I had. Also host was very kind to accomodate changes in my travel plans and was helpful all the way. Location worked perfectly for me, because my main goal is to surf. However to stay longer having a car is preferred. The neighborhood feels quite and safe. The place is good for long stay, but probably not good if you plan to spend lots of time at home, let's say work from home. It does not have much daylight. But if you do not, then this place is quite, private and comfortable for to have a rest.
