A fantastic stay at Mango Guesthouse. We had such good care taken of us, local knowledge, always on hand to answer questions and an incredible breakfast. Best place we’ve stayed in Aswan!

Lovely place, delightfully decorated, comfy beds, and friendly reception. Highly recommend. Wished we had more time to enjoy the accommodations and island.

The place I got was a separate house a few minutes away from Mango house. It was clean and seemed ok. BUT the big problem was all the mosquitos. The place is full of them. We barely slept a minute because of the mosquitos. There was no proper shower and the kitchen was not fully equipped. No micro oven. There were no tables and chairs in the kitchen. We ate breakfast sitting on the beds. The WiFi was not working but eventually the host fixed it. The host was friendly and kind though and tried to help in the best way. Too sad about the mosquitos. Should fix a mosquito killer.

The garden space was lovely to relax and enjoy a cup of complimentary tea at any time! They helped us with our abu simbel trip for early in the morning and the dog is very cute and friendly! We ended up getting put in a flat next to mango guesthouse which was unexpected but turned out to be a really nice space and very clean. Only issue was no working wifi. But we were able to get our research done next door at mango guesthouse. Also accommodating with storage of bags after checkout time and before we left Aswan. We had a lovely stay!
