The cottage is well placed to enjoy a holiday on Skye. It is in a quiet area however not far from many attractions. It had all the necessary items to make the holiday enjoyable and for those who self-cater it was superb.

Our stay here was fantastic, the hosts have thought of everything you will need and more. Very helpful and informative about the area. We had a excellent comfortable stay here, we would recommend staying here.

A beautiful place to stay with everything you needed already anticipated by the hosts. Really private and beautiful views. Lovely local walks and access via the main routes to lots of beautiful places. Directions super clear and found it in the dark without getting lost. The property is superb and exactly like the photos. Very, very clean with a wee boot room to clean boots/ hose and rub down muddy dogs. Extremely well worth what we paid and I would go back in a heartbeat. So tranquil.

The accommodation itself I cannot fault. It was very clean, lots of extras in cupboards if needed, I think they’ve thought of everything cooking wise you would need! Only thing I would change is the chairs, a two seater sofa would be much comfier. Amazing what’s in such a small space, really nice. Just two points I have to mention…. Looking at the pictures on the site I thought we would have the amazing view , but we didn’t unless we went into the garden which was disappointing. It would be fantastic in the summer though. The main point to say though I’m afraid , and no fault of the hosts, although I wish I’d known before booking , and not the day of arrival, was the state of the roads. The 6 miles from main road to accommodation are ridiculously bad with pot holes. I’ve never been anywhere as bad! I have to say if you value your vehicle please please be careful. Sadly it would stop me from returning and that’s a shame.
