Excellent hospitality from Esteban and his parents! The house is located in a very convenient and quiet neighbourhood, it’s only 20 minutes on public transportation to the center of Nice! Christine and Claude were home welcoming me when I arrived! They are absolutely lovely hosts, very friendly and considerate! It happened to be Claude’s birthday the day I arrived, they know I’m obsessed with food, they offered me cheese they brought back from Italy (which I think it’s super precious) and they were so sweet to invite me to have Christine’s homemade génoise with them! The cake was absolutely delicious!!! Merci Christine!!! Christine and Claude prepared breakfast for me each day! Although I’m not someone who eats in the morning, I appreciate they went out of their way to prepare something for me! The place is very stylish and clean, the room is large and comfortable, you can open the door and spend time in the backyard! They also have three lovely cats, one of them even slept with me all night :) I would definitely come back to stay with them when I’m in Nice again! Such a gem in Nice!

주인분들 친절하시고 방이나 화장실 깔끔해요 저는 좀 추워서 기모를 껴입고 자고 뱡움이 노뮤 안돼여 후기가 좋아서 니스역에서 쩜 먼데루 했는데 확실히 역쥬변이 편한거 같아요^^

I had a very pleasant stay at this accommodation. My visit was hosted by Claude and Christine, Esteban's parents. They were wonderfully warm, considerate, and welcoming. The room and bed were comfortable, the location quiet. The room had French doors that opened directly onto a secluded back patio shared by the household. The apartment is located on a residential street that rises up from the town. Anyone staying at this accommodation will probably need to rely on public transportation; it is about 3 km to the center of town. One can catch the #24 bus directly in front of the apartment twice per hour. There is a tram service that runs much more frequently at about 20 minutes walk. The tram is in service from 05h10 until 01h35.
