I stayed with Estebns parents for a long weekend and loved my stay. They are a very warm and welcoming couple and so patient when you try to speak French (like I did :) The room was simple and beautifully furnished. They have a wonderful dog and 2 cats that will make you fall in love with them. The house is about 10 min from a bus stop (they will all take you into the city,there are about 3 lines going frm that bus stop), and 15 min from a tram stop which also takes you in the city. I preferred paying a little less and having the quiet neighborhood instead of being straight in the city center. The bus or tram takes 20 to 30 min to the city depending on where you get off and it costs 1,50 EUR each trip. I can only recommend this place, they are also very helpful when you want a local perspective of prettiest beach etc.

The hosts went above and beyond! So friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They make an excellent breakfast, and have beautiful house.

The room is commensurate to the price. The location, while not in the center, is well connected via a bus stop just outside the front door and a tram stop, which is about a 15-minute walk away from the house. What sets this listing apart is the hospitality. Claude, Esteban’s father, is very kind, extremely helpful and offers a warm welcome. He offered me breakfast each morning, coffee in the afternoon and even prepared dinner for me one evening. Thank you!

I would recommend Esteban's place to anyone. The facilities are very comfortable and it's lovely to get breakfast every morning. The hosts are wonderful and very accommodating and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

Merci au Papa d'Esteban qui m'a très bien accueilli. La chambre est charmante et donne sur une belle terrasse où dorment paisiblement les chats de la maison. Un copieux petit déjeuner m'attendait le matin . C'est une bonne adresse à Nice que je recommande, et bien situé avec le tram pas loin.
