Great location. House was clean. The house caretaker was extremely helpful. The property and amenities are exactly as described in the listing. Would definitely book this place next time when visiting.

Pros: Great location, spacious rooms, very helpful care taker. cons: Mattresses are so hard like a wood. Everyone had a hard time with sleeping. Bathroom towels are so dirty and it seems like they are from 90’s.

Pros: 1. Location. Very central to everything in Kochi. Short walk to MG road and a quick rickshaw ride to ferry for fort kochi. It’s tucked away at the end of a side street off and has a mini-market just around the corner and also a decent bakery up the street. 2. House is large and spacious and was perfectly comfortable for our party of 6. (Each bedroom is quite large too and has its own key) 3. House caretaker Sadanand- very friendly and always willing to help out with anything. (Just so you aware, he lives in a guest house on the property but is usually in the house to attend to house duties) 4. Responsive host Cons: 1. Cleanliness: Overall, the house was clean and well-maintained, but there were ants in the bathroom, a few geckos running around, and a cockroach in one of the bathroom towels. Also, the bed linens and towels could have been cleaner. 2. Beds were pretty hard and pillows quite small.

A great stay! The house looks exactly like the pictures. A very nice caretaker who helps you in every way possible. And the location is also brilliant. Would definitely recommend it if your looking to go to a house with your friends.

A very well maintained property. Our family outing was a nice experience. Landmarks like railway station, high court junction, water metro, MG road are all easily accessible. The helper was very cordial. Overall a great place.
