The Lodge was just as described and was. really tranquil. We had a couple of minor issues during our 4 week stay but Molly and Alex were quick to sort by things out. There are bus routes nearby and a choice of rail stations less than 20 minutes walk away. Bromley with a good variety of shops and eateries is about 20 minutes on foot. There are playing fields and Beckenham Place Park only a few minutes away. We had a relaxing time there and would have stayed for longer if it had been available.

This lodge is amazing and made us feel right at home, us and our two Shih Tzu dogs, as it has everything you need. it's private (at the back of the host's property) and surrounded by nature and wildlife. Park is close by which was great for the dogs. As hosts Molly and Alex are responsive but intrusive. Fully recommend staying here!

Lovely, cosy cabin - so interesting and unexpected in this area. Loved the rooflights and being surrounded by nature. It was very relaxing. Very nice walk to beckenham park place. Very close to the train station. Everything was clean and well stocked. Molly was a great host and very responsive. Would definitely recommend. Only points to mention is the road is private/unclaimed so it is extremely uneven with loads of potholes and best suited to a 4x4 car - we did manage with our little car driving at <5mph but did worry about the effects on the car and it was a bit of a shock. Also the internet dongle was 5-15Mb so we couldn’t use it at all. Luckily 4G is excellent and we upgraded our data to unlimited as my husband was working from home and this worked well. These are just small points to mention. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Fantastic spot in a tranquil part of London. Really peaceful and a stunning garden. Molly is an amazing host too. Made us feel very welcome and comfortable.
