Gorgeous house in beautiful surroundings! So wonderful for families sharing the space— each family can have their own private bedroom/bathroom, but enjoy a spacious and beautiful common area and living room. The kitchen is huge! Great for cooking for a big group. Not to mention the beautiful deck and grill. Highly recommend. Will return!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is open and beautiful. The bedrooms are located downstairs, two on each side of the house which was perfect for our two families. There are plenty of bathrooms and the living space is very comfortable. There are beautiful views surrounding the house with plenty of windows. The home was nice and cozy. When we arrived and went to heat up our frozen pizzas the oven door would not stay closed and therefore would not work. We had to hold it closed in order to heat up the pizza. Joanna quickly responded and was extremely helpful, offering to pay for take-out if needed. The home is located a short drive away from the mountain. We had a very nice time and would recommend this home.

Joanna’s place was ideal for our quiet retreat with friends over New Year’s, and she was an attentive a host as they come (In fact, she very kindly moved our dates back by a day when one in our party was recovering from an illness). Like many reviews have said, the place is even more inviting than the pictures. Open space contributed to a relaxed group vibe where people were able to spread out or congregate whenever they were moved. Kitchen had everything we needed for a festive dinner and casual midday meals. The bed and bathrooms were well appointed: everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. An ideal location for hikes in the Slide Mountain Wildnerness and north towards Hunter. Nothing better than a crackling fire and the early afternoon sun flooding the impressive floor-to-ceiling window facing south. Thank you, Joanna, for a wonderful stay!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely mountain home. The space is cozy, in a great location, and beautifully designed. Highly recommended.

Eight people stayed very comfortably in this four bedroom house. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Pool table downstairs was an added bonus. Beautiful views. Plenty of parking. Close to hiking trails.
