Stayed with a group of friends for one night for a wedding in the area. The house had everything we needed and more! Lots of room to spread out and relax. We all had a lovely stay!

This is a great unit for a LOT of people looking to stay together, extremely close to the Sking resort Bellayre and event venue Spillian . We had a lot of family and could of had many more stay with us. The third floor was much larger than anticipated. The doors need repairs some do not shut it's a very very old house in need of some repair certainly not a fancy place, but serves it purpose to accommodate a lot of people. Beds were clean with all fresh laundry, I would rent it again if I was going up there for a group ski event and just wanted to have a good time with a bunch of friends. Kitchen just needs a bit more cleaning,

I booked this home the night before my wedding. When I booked, I wrote to Mariano asking to stay an extra hour & he was quick to respond & kind enough to push the check out time. My bridal party and I arrived around 4pm Saturday. The home is pretty cluttered and a bit more run down than expected but had plenty of room and was clean for our stay. Saturday evening my maid of honor went to shower & we discovered there was no hot water. It was after 11pm, so I was not expecting a response that evening - but was shocked when I got no response at all the next morning. So the morning of my wedding, myself and my bridal party took freezing cold showers. I was not expecting a luxury stay, but was very disappointed that a basic amenity was out on such an important day with no help or response from the host.

The experience was not so great, the house definitely needs maintenance, it's falling apart, loose door knobs, peeling furniture and outdated appliances. There was a nasty stench coming from behind the house making it impossible to use the deck or any of the space behind the house. The dumpster was sitting right next to the deck and it had not been cleared out from the previous week's rental. So there was no getting away from the smell of rotting garbage. The only good thing about the place was that it can accommodate large groups. The attic was the best feature with ample beds and made for a nice hideout like space which was pretty cool, but definitely the place was not worth the money.
