The unit is extremely dated, there is a noticable smell when entering the unit, the pots and pans had noticable grease from previous use, they where not washed properly, the stove top which was just an electric top was broken and rusted, and most likely thirty years old, the towels where hard, a painting fell out of the wall without any assistance, the unit is tiny, The bed was ok, but the view was excellent and the host was responsive, I will not return.

Nice location, almost directly on the Beach of Ashkelon (50m). The equipment and furniture was useful but aged. The apartment's cleanliness (especially kitchen area) could have been better, the AC had an inconvenient smell, it needs professional cleaning. It has a garage in the basement, which is nice so the car is not standing in the sun and getting hot inside. The owner's communication was very good, and there were lots of towels (good for the beach). The wifi was good. Recommendable to people who want to spend all the daytime on the beach.

The host provided us with all the information we needed. He communicated on a timely manner to let us know how to access the key to enter. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed including shampoos and soaps. It was a pleasure sitting on the balcony and watching the sea. The beach was 2 minutes walking distance as well as the boardwalk with it’s many restaurants. We stayed 1 week and had a very relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.
