1. Nur zu empfehlen Das Haus liegt 20 min. zu Fuß von Melezzole. Herrliche Umgebung Das Haus ist einfach nur schön. Wir genossen 12 Tage Ruhe und Entspannung. Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Betten gut und Bad auch ok. Die Umgebung ist der Hammer. Der Pool der Traum... Und das beste.. er wir jetzt neu gemacht. Fazit. Sofort kommen wir gerne zurück.

Une maison lumineuse et accueillante, une cuisine moderne et très bien équipée, une climatisation efficace dans les chambres, une très grande piscine et surtout une vue incroyable sur les collines ombriennes. La communication avec Giovanni s'est très bien passée. Il est intervenu très rapidement lorsque nous avons eu un petit souci électrique. Pour le reste, la région est très belle et propice à la découverte des villes (Orvieto évidemment) et des villages alentour. On recommande!

I stayed at the house with my family (2+2) and the house itself was big enough for us and had all the equipment we needed. Outside the house - WOW- the view and the pool area were amazing! We stayed for 6 night and we loved it! Our italian is not the best and the hosts English neither but despite that they did everything in their power to make sure we were well taken care of.

If you could give 7 stars for location it would get 8! We had a really nice stay in the house! Mister Giovanni has been a true host. Luckily for us he had an extra fan because it was due to heatwave 'lucifer' very very hot. The insect screens are very nice so you can live with all the windows open and ofcourse the pool with the view!!!! Unfortunately we had some minors 'problems' which were solved directly by mister Giovanni and we even got two nice bottles of wine plus one when we got there! We would absolutely recommend the place when you like a secluded clean home with a magnificient view. Melezzole is also very nice a old village with a small butcher and a small grocery store. There is a nice restaurant. There is also a good restaurant in Toscolano. Perfect for children! The house itself could have some small upgrades. There is no dishwasher, some extra cutting knives and some extra cutting bords would be nice. There are two bathrooms which is nice! It's very clean and very quiet. And the pool is cleaned eveyday!
