Simple! We definitely recommend it, the walk to the city is beautiful all by the clear sea and beaches and on the way you have some great restaurants! Free public parking is provided in front of the apartment. The whole area is dominated by bars with outdoor open terraces with beach chairs and umbrellas. Žnjan has therefore become a new favourite beach for young people,families with children and tourists. This is our guests' favourite part of Split, according to independent reviews. UPDATE SUMMER 2024: The much loved Split Znjan beach is turning into the city's construction site. The Znjan beach area will eventually boast numerous interesting recreational facilities such as a children's playground, tennis, volleyball, football and basketball courts, a gym and many other facilities (bicycle path, walking path, underground garages...) From the city government they say: "We hope that these works will last for one year and that in the summer of 2025, the Split Znjan beach will really become the most beautiful beach in all of Croatia, and beyond." We are really looking forward to the new look of our favorite Znjan beach and ask for the understanding of our guests due to the works on a certain part of the beach! There will be available other near beaches such as beach bar Mistral, 5-10 minutes walk away!
