Luxury seaside apartment Amfora,is situated at one of the most attractive beaches in Split (Žnjan) and it is 2 minutes walk from the beach.Apartment is first row to the sea .The bright living room is facing directly south. It has 2 double doors/window leading onto terrace which makes for spectactular view inside or outside the apartment. The terrace is truly the unique and outstanding aspect of the property with amazing sea views facing directly south so getting sun from morning to evening. This luxury seaside apartment is situated at one of the most attractive beaches in Split (Žnjan) and it is 2 minutes walk from the beach. Apartment offers modern-style with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and beautiful sea view. Include 2 separate bedrooms, large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and another with a bath, bidet and washing machine) and a large sunny terrace. All rooms at apartment are equipped with cable lcd tv and air conditioner. The bright living room is facing directly south. It has 2 double doors/window leading onto terrace which makes for spectactular view inside or outside the apartment. The terrace is truly the unique and outstanding aspect of the property (one of the few apartments with amazing sea views facing directly south so getting sun from morning to evening). Free public parking is provided in front of the apartment, while guests also have the possibility to reserve a parking space in apartment's private garage upon previous request and at an additional surcharge. -The nearest grocery shop is 50 m away. -A local bus stop with frequent lines to Split centre is 50 m from apartment. -There are plenty of bars along the Split seafront, just a few minutes walk from apartment. -A seaside promenade with cycling, jogging and roller-blading opportunities can be found nearby and leads to the city centre. -Apartment is 3 km from Diocletian’s Mausoleum, a UNESCO-protected site. - In front of the apartment Pope John Paul ll held a holy mass for thousands of believers. -A shopping centre is a 10-minute drive away. -Apartment is 22 km from Split Airport. Nikolina was lovely and super helpful. The local bars on the Seafront have closed but that kept it quiet. Some work happening in the carpark over the road but that did not cause us a problem. Local Tommy supermarket just downstairs and across the road. Easy access into Split on bus (get the Promet Split app) or Uber for around 6 Euro. Good place to have as a base and get out of the heat of the centre. The apartment with large balcony was perfect for us and the big TV was great for a movie night in. Great new appliances including washing machine, dishwasher and oven. If you want to be able to access Split but want more space than a city centre apartment Nikolina’s place is perfect. As an aside note that many places in Split won’t accept card payments so make sure you bring Cash. The cash points are expensive to use.

Nikolina was a great host and the place was very clean with a gorgeous view. It was exactly what we were looking for. It accommodated my three year old twins which was a must and the place delivered. We had a great time…thank you!

Fantastisk opphold sør i Kroatia. Leiligheten var elegant og beliggenheten var topp. Det var kort vei til både stranda og gamlebyen i Split.

Nikolina was a fantastic host and the apartment was great! The apartment had all the things we needed during our week long stay. It truly felt like a home away from home and we were actually a bit sad to leave. Nikolina was fast to respond to our questions and always very helpful and pleasant to talk to. We hope to come back some other time.
