Unbelievably serene and peaceful working farm, with picture-postcard views wherever you look. Room was just what we needed. Bed incredibly comfortable with plenty of super warm blankets for cold nights. Lovely breakfast was an added bonus. Staff is attentive, friendly and helpful. It is a little bit out-of-the-way, and the drive up to the farm is something of an adventure in-and-of itself, directions provided are exactly correct - don't overthink it, just go with it. As a working farm, it can be dusty as that comes with the territory. Animals were very quiet, so no noises there to worry about. Because of the drive, plan to get what you need before you head up as heading out and back is a time commitment. There is a reasonably well equipped market right at the highway before you make the turn to head up, and The Company Kitchen is an added bonus.

this was a fun stay. my kids really enjoyed their time here. It's definitely isolated (about 15 minutes from the main road), which was nice. Our entire stay, there was only one other family there. Anna was very responsive to our questions. definitely bring swim wear in the summer - the pool was very refreshing. We enjoyed walks around the ponds and day trip to Mendocino. The orchards have a lot of potential, with abundant figs (likely ripe in August or so; they were just showing fruit when we stayed there). Phone reception is difficult but wifi is provided (albeit slow; not fast enough for you can do work).

This was an amazing stay. The staff and property were great. The room was bigger than anticipated and we loved hanging out in the rocking chairs on the deck. The outdoor kitchen was great and we rented the BBQ box so we were able to cook great meals there. The staff was great and took time to explain the farm and the animals to our 5 year old daughter. We explored the 250 acres but feel there was so much more we could explore so we can’t wait to go back.

This place is truly a hidden gem. Everything was perfect. The hosts let the kids feed the animals, groom the horse every night while we were there. Two ponds nearby and we used the boats every morning. The outdoor kitchen gave you a true farm life experience, imaging cooking while seeing kids play around and hearing the sounds from the sheep! Our hosts are very attentive and responsive. Can’t wait to come back!
