Renovated 1930s Californian Wine Country Bungalow is perfect venue for travelers to Boonville. Enjoy easy access to the wineries, town cafes, stores, restaurants and showground events from this charming centrally located home on 1 acre garden. World class winery experiences such as Penny Royal Farm and culinary restaurants such as the Boonville hotel or Anderson Valley brewery are all within walking distance. Get away and relax in the heart of Anderson Valley. The home has 2 comfortable bedrooms suitable for 2 couples plus a TV/lounge with sofa beds. The large living/dining room is adjacent to the fullky equipped kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms. The Master bedroom has King bed with private ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom - a Ralph Lauren Queen sleigh bed, both have memory foam mattresses. There is an expansive garden with BBQ and dining area in the backyard.

Gower and Robyn's house is the perfect home base for relaxing and doing some Anderson Valley wine tasting. You can walk safely to a few tasting rooms in just a few minutes and also walk to two great restaurants for dinner at the Boonville Hotel and Offspring Pizza. With a short drive in either direction you can be at some wonderful family- run or larger wineries in Philo or Yorkville. You could easily cook all meals in the kitchen, but we even opted for breakfast at Mosswood Market..again a short walk from the property. The Keurig coffee maker and coffee pods were very much appreciated to help get us moving in the morning. With this trip, it was my husband and me, but we'd definitely come back with another couple since the property has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Having a washer and dryer on site makes it super convenient. Thanks Gower and Robyn!

Location is unbeatable!
This is a good value with great location. It was missing a few amenities (Kleenex, washcloths in adequate number, bedside lamps) but these were a minor inconvenience. Renters should also know that the house, and bedrooms, are close to Hwy 128. It is very quiet at night but gets pretty busy with truck traffic in the mornings starting about 6 am. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would recommend Lauren’s for dinner!
This is a great place that is newly remodeled and close to fairgrounds, wineries, and restaurants. Lots of space and clean. Robyn was easy to communicate with. Eric

Ample parking onsite. The beauty of the location is that you can enjoy visiting Anderson Valley wineries by day and you can walk to restaurants and cafes by morning or evening.
