Good location, was all cleaned well inside. Downside for us was it felt a bit tired and like it needed some TLC. Particularly in the bathrooms, the fridge/freezer and dishwasher. One of the sofas also smelt unpleasant.
my husband and i stayed with my parents-in-law at nigel’s apartment in penzance for three nights. the location is great! we arrived from exeter by train and it was just a ten minute walk from the station to the apartment. check-in was smooth, we were able to pick up the key from nigel’s restaurant ‘the boatshed’ next door (great scallops! he even gave us a discount on the bill.) my personal highlight was certainly the balcony upstairs where you have a fantastic view onto the harbour during breakfast! we got a rental car for two days and, with some luck, were able to park it just outside the house. note that europcar is basically next door from the apartment, enterprise (where we got ours) is a good 10 min drive away from central penzance. we had a few issues with the shower and heating that nigel tried to fix but overall this place is good value for money. nigel (and his staff) are friendly and he responded swiftly when i had a question.
A comfortable flat with great views and a very spacious well equipped living area. The fish at the Bosuns restaurant below was excellent. Near everything we wanted to do in town.
