Khaama Kethna was a disappointment to say the least. We were let into a room that was clearly not arranged for guests to stay in. There was dirt everywhere, our bed and the mosquito net on top was covered with all sorts of filth like dead insects, butterfly wings, termite dust, there were lizard droppings on the wash basin and the toilet was flithy. We were so appalled by the situation that we had to contact Airbnb for an immediate cancellation. In the name of eco friendly, sustainable living, Khaama Kethna is exploiting guests with their dublicitous standards. I thank Airbnb support team for reaching out to us and resolving our issue which included a full refund from their end. To all the guests who are interested in this property, beware, this place is not what it looks like in the pictures and if you still go ahead after this fair warning then be ready to be stranded in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by wilderness, with no connectivity, wifi or otherwise, no electricity and no good restaurants nearby and not to mention the road (if you can even call it that) leading up to it is nightmarish. Khaama Kethna ruined my vacation, don't let it ruin yours. PS : the host did send a person to get the cleaning done in the room but that was after we had checked in and lodged a complaint with Airbnb. It is a matter of basic hospitality to provide a clean room with clean sheets and Khaama Kethna could not even meet this standard.

I would like to start off by saying that we had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Khaama Kethna. Located at the end of a bumpy and winding dirt road, Khaama is truly deep in the wild, while still being just a 10-minute ride from Agonda beach. Carry a torch as the property is pitch dark after 7-8 and let go off all your squeamish tendencies, because you're sure to come across several creepy crawlies and a few friendly neighborhood langoors! The treehouse rooms are rustic, private, comfortable and really relaxing. Just note, it's best if you are self-sufficient when you stay here as the host while available is not the most approachable or friendly person. That being said, I would most definitely stay here again, perhaps in the summer as there is no hot water available (except via a kettle I hauled from the cafe to my room on the first day). There is also no power during the day (except in the cafe), though this wasn't really an issue for us. Also, perhaps due to the limited number of guests (Covid) there were sadly no activites or yoga sessions during our stay.

One of the most tranquil and beautiful stays I've experienced in South Goa! The design of the treehouse, the open shower and the general wildness of the property are to die for. The approach road being narrow keeps the serenity and peace in the surroundings intact

This was a great space. Quiet, contemplative, and in the middle of the jungle. A great opportunity to connect with nature, as the tree houses seem to be constructed with a mind towards coexisting. This comes with a host of bird sounds, tree frogs, monkeys, and interesting insects. Really a unique experience, and the lovingly crafted meals are truly special. Highly recommended.

Superbbb place to stay ♥️Delighted with the greenery, treetop villa, veg food, water stream n hospitality., unforgettable experience, must must must visit place in monsoon. We’ve been here for 3 days 2 nights and really I didn’t wanted to go home back😅. Very peaceful n calm locality soothing to soul❤️Will surely visit agai. Best season is July mid (monsoon)
