This place nice and clean. Located close to the beach and bit isolated which personally I like. This place is basically in the village so no zomato or swiggy there but all the restaurants are just 1 min walk which was nice. I am happy with this place but it would have been better if there would be a AC in the hall as well. There is only one AC in the bed room which kinda force to stay in bedroom whole afternoon due to heat .
Hardeep and Vishal are both super proactive, friendly, and responsive hosts. Their listings are always clean, beautifully decorated and cozy. Our flat was spacious, had a great balcony, wash machine, cuttlery, two comfortable bathrooms, and all the amenities you could need. And the best of all was how perfectly clean the apartment was when we arrive, plus they kept sending their cleaning staff twice a week, that was a huge extra point. We highly recommend this place and its hosts to anyone coming to India, you'll be in the of best hands.
We had a delightful and cozy stay at Hardeep's place. We immediately felt at home and had an absolutely fantastic time. The lovely Agonda beach, just a 10-15 minutes' walk away, added to the charm of our experience. The place is incredibly beautiful and clean, with perfect amenities for our needs and surrounded by lush greenery. Highly recommended!
Hardeep's place is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and feels very private and safe. It's conveniently close to the beach and the shops but if you want to stay in, the big BIG balcony with a calming view is great too. The place is well equipped and the host, very responsive. The extra bathroom was a bonus that we just discovered on arriving. I definitely recommend this airbnb to couples or families with kids wanting to spend good time in the property for a relaxed, lengthy stay.
We loved staying in Agonda at Hardeep’s place. It was close to the beach but not right amongst the bustle of the restaurants and resorts which meant it was private and quiet. We enjoyed many swims and beach walks and eat out most days In terms of our favourite restaurants, the one that’s 2 mins walk from the property - Fatima’s - is excellent and a real locals place. In town we loved Zest for their veggie and vegan delights. Hardeep was very helpful and available any time for advice. A little tip- On arrival we struggled to find it as there was no signal with airtel. The gate looks locked but just slides open- screenshot the instructions in case you run out of signal like we did.

Agonda Beach is a 3 km long public beach located in Agonda village in Goa, India, about 9.2 kilometres (5.7 mi) north of Palolem Beach in South Goa district, and about an hour from Margao. There is one more beach on the north side of Agonda cliff called Cola beach which has an adjoining lagoon.
During the month of September, the beach serves as a nesting ground for olive ridley sea turtles.
In 2016 it was ranked on TripAdvisor's "Travelers Choice" as fourth in Asia by Tripadvisor 2016 and first in India.

p.s cows & dogs enter the society if the gate is left open, causing damage to the property.
