This flat was exactly what we needed in Agonda. A bit outside of the crowd but close enough to even walk to Yoga every day. The flat was more than we could hope for: very cozy, calm, and clean. Hardeep was super helpful from the beginning and even bought us a baby bed for our daughter. The best part, which we just realized upon checking in, was the amazing rooftop with fully equipped sound healing tools that Hardeep, his wife, and friends were running two or three times a week. We tried it two or three times, and it was just amazing. Also very convenient if you only have to go up one floor for such an experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for something quiet and cozy in Agonda.
I was very skeptical when I booked the place as many a time the place and amenities looks entirely different when you actually visit there. But to my surprise Hardeep's place was exactly as described and shown in picture. Each and everything matched the description. Icing on the cake is Hardeep's hosting, we stayed there for 3 days(17th Feb 2024 to 20th Feb 2024) and he was always responsive and available with the solution. His recommendations made our life easier and saved a lot of time. I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting South Goa. This place is around 1 km from Agonda and around 5-6 km from Palolem and Cola Beach.
This place is perfect for people on longer stays, as it has everything you need and feels like home. It’s a 10min walk if you fancy a day on the beach, although we hired a scooter so it’s just a min down to the bars restaurants and beach. However, there are few nice places to eat just a stone’s throw away. The places right on the beach are lovely, but are much more expensive and don’t have the home comforts of this apartment for people staying longer than a couple of weeks. The balcony is lovely to sit on in the morning with a coffee watching the world go by. Lots of birds of prey circling the fields opposite to watch. There is a road just outside, it’s not very busy but is a constant amount of mainly scooters going past. By the evening there is very little traffic at all. Hardeep was a fantastic host, always on hand if we needed anything, but let’s you have your privacy so you feel at home. Really pleased we chose this place to visit Agonda.

Agonda Beach is a 3 km long public beach located in Agonda village in Goa, India, about 9.2 kilometres (5.7 mi) north of Palolem Beach in South Goa district, and about an hour from Margao. There is one more beach on the north side of Agonda cliff called Cola beach which has an adjoining lagoon.
During the month of September, the beach serves as a nesting ground for olive ridley sea turtles.
In 2016 it was ranked on TripAdvisor's "Travelers Choice" as fourth in Asia by Tripadvisor 2016 and first in India.
