Location ideal, size of the apartment perfect and everything you need from tea towels to an iron. The views over St Ives harbour, the 4 minute walk into the town and a car space, holiday all sorted.

What a charming, beautiful space. The apartment is fantastic with great feng shui, beautifully decorated. It feels warm and welcoming, and a fab sea view from the lounge. Beautifully spacious and sun-filled bathroom. Wonderful location close to the beach and shopping and St Ives' historic downtown. Mark has thought of everything and gives helpful local tips in the welcome guide, and a delightful welcome basket. We would love to come back.

Lovely view, we stay in St Ives at least once a year but have never stayed this side of town because we thought it was too far out & hilly with the children but it’s closer than you think & although the last bit was steep it was very doable for “little legs” who is 7. Would definitely stay again, lovely host.

From the time we booked Mark's place to the time we checked out, Mark was constantly in touch with us and ensured we had a great stay. His place has brilliant views, is well-connected to the centre, the harbour and the railway station: all of them are within a 10 minute walk. Mark was an excellent host, and we loved the time spent at St. Ives! Mark made sure we were comfortable, knew where to look for things around the house, and was very considerate. If we do return to St. Ives in the future, this will be the place we will stay at! If I had to pick three things that made my stay memorable, it would be: Mark's hospitality, the views and the fireplace! :) P.S.: Mark, we read the book your recommended and it was hilarious!
