Wij hebben een fantastische week (in juli 2023) gehad in dit appartement. Ruime slaapkamers, bescheiden zitkamer met keuken. Heerlijke zitplekken buiten. Mooi uitzicht, groen. Super vriendelijke host, gewilligd om te helpen en het jou comfortabel te maken. Zij is eerlijk. Wij hebben een gezellige pizza-night gehad met een aantal andere gasten. Dit is een leuke aangelegenheid om andere mensen te spreken. Voor ons als ouders was genieten. Assisi is met 20 minuten aan te rijden. In de buurt zijn ook enkele verkoelende watervallen te vinden. Voor onze tiener (17), was de locatie te stil/te ver weg van activiteiten, maar onze jongste (4) kon zich heerlijk vermaken met het kijken naar de dieren (katten, kippen) en het zwemmen. Mooie ligging van het zwembad, deze deel je met enkele andere gasten. Tip voor wie naar de kust wil: Numana (1:50 rijden) heeft veel parkeerplaatsen, huur een boot (met of zonder kapitein) en vaar langs de kustlijn van Conero. Wij willen nog eens terugkomen!

What a fantastic farmhouse on the hill overlooking the valley outside Assisi!! Apartment was snug and well appointed. Plenty of space for our family w 2 teen daughters. Highlights were the pool area and sunset drinks on the deck. Plenty of outdoor seating. Sharing with other families but it didn’t feel crowded and we could find our own corner on the property for some quiet time. Silvia was very responsive, answered questions promptly and had lots of good recommendations for things to do and places to eat. She was super helpful. Would loved to have stayed longer.

For anyone staying near Assis, or just wanting a few peaceful days in the countryside with a pool, this apartment is ideal.

From the moment we pulled into the driveway and were welcomed by Silvia and Mia (the dog) we knew this was going to be a fabulous stay. Silvia's hospitality was outstanding and she gave us great recommendations on where to visit with the kids. One of our absolute highlights of our travels through Italy, would highly recommend.
