Our stay at Martha’s Charming Pemaquid Cottage never disappoints. We have visited there many times and it’s always lovely. The cottage and Pemaquid Point is one of our favorite places on earth. We could sit on the porch with our morning coffee listening to sounds of the sea forever. Martha is an awesome host and has been very accommodating on every visit. We look forward to returning in the future

This was our first time in Maine and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer home to stay in. It was perfect and Martha gave detailed info about the house and area. One of our favorite things was sitting on the screened in porch. We can’t wait to come back!

Thank you for another wonderful week at Pemaquid Point! The cottage was perfect for a getaway with friends--great location, and beautiful porches to relax on!

We rarely review any property we visit, however this circa. 1888, Vintage cottage with the roaring sound of the Atlantic Ocean located along the Pemaquid Point Loop was everything we expected and much more! The location is only steps (very short walk) to the crashing waves of the Rocky New England coast and the Pemaquid Point Lighthouse! The cottage was very well equipped including the kitchen. We visited the last week of September and found the home to be very cozy. Lots of room to relax on the spacious porches of this vintage, well cared for home with large one bedroom and private 1/2 bath on main level plus full bath on main living area with washer and dryer. Two upstairs bedrooms share a bath with a nice tub for relaxing at the end of the day! Almost new Webber gas grill for grilling outside the kitchen porch was a huge bonus!Large private property for area with rambling back yard where native flora and fauna abound! The communication with Martha was excellent and check in a breeze! We felt like we owned the property for the week with all the privacy! Highly recommended property for anyone who has visited the area previously and missed staying at this gem or any first time visitors to the most amazing area of the Maine Coast!
