Three Bedrooms, two baths, back patio facing to the wood, furnished, living room, dining room, full kitchen, big flat screen TV, barbecue grill, coffeemaker, hairdryer, microwave, fridge, cable TV, table and chairs. Three rooms with one queen bed in each room. Breakfast is excluded in the cottage rate The Cottage is located exclusively facing to the wood, sometimes there are deer watching in the back of the patio. It's spacious, clean, neat and cozy environment would be perfect get away place for family, group or any other purpose of gathering in Eureka Springs, AR.

Spacious, clean, comfortable and not too far from downtown. But it was in a hotel parking lot. So a little odd but there were some bonus hotel amenities.
Owners were very responsive to any questions we had. There was 1 small problem but they came over IMMEDIATELY and took care of it so it’s not really even mentioning what it was. You really can’t ask for better service than that. The owners are friendly, respectful and very kind. I don’t think anybody would have any issue with them at all. If, and when we return back to Eureka Springs, we will definitely stay with them. I have saved the number on my phone.
We truly enjoyed our stay! Wonderful customer service, very helpful and friendly. Cottage was clean , nicely decorated and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this cottage!
Nice little place close to The Passion Play. Nothing fancy, but definitely met all our needs. Beds were comfy, felt safe at all times and it was clean!
We thought the place was perfect! It had everything we needed. Even down to the deer in the backyard. We will definitely stay here again. Perfect location also!

It is located on Hwy 62 East, just one mile from the Great Passion Play, short drive to downtown and minutes away from attractions, music shows, gift shops, and restaurants.
In front of our premises, there is trolley that will take you to explore the beautiful and unique Eureka Springs city which is come by every 15-20 minutes throughout the day. Please check with front desk for schedule and tickets.

The City of Eureka Springs offers a lot of things for visitor who come and stay including attractions, shows, scenery, water springs, and amazing history behind the town that makes the city more interesting and unique.
