Amazingly spacious and extremely unique house. Not only was it huge, but it was extremely stylish and super different than any other place we’ve stayed. Hastings old town was lovely- we have nothing but praise for this beautiful property. We will all remember our stay for we- thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Paul's house. It was ideal for our family of 8 adults and a baby. Excellent bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Great dinning room and well stocked kitchen with everything you could possible need. The decore is amazing but at the same time feels very homely. Great views of the sea and old town from most rooms. Paul is a great host easily contactable and flexible.

We had such a good time in Hastings, a short walk down to the pier and the amusements. For a family of 10 each member had ample room to have their own space and the perfect amount to socialise and be able to cook/dine.

Absolutely loved our stay at this amazing property, it certainly had the Wow factor. So much attention to detail, we particularly loved the beautiful mid century furniture, gorgeous bathrooms, stunning colours and cabinets full of interesting displays. It also felt really comfortable and homely too, there was so much to look at and enjoy, we have come home feeling very inspired. The location was also ideal, with a great bakery, deli, pubs and interesting shops nearby. Would love to come back again for another visit and would highly recommend.

The house was even more charming than the photos pictured! Had such a lovely stay and particularly enjoyed the bathtub looking over the sea. Many cute nooks to enjoy throughout and well situated in town. Only suggestion would be for a house with so many bedrooms to have a few sets of keys :)
