This property was the perfect rental while visiting for a wedding. Check in was smooth and Helen was great when it came to instructions. The pool was super clean and the rental itself is very interesting. If you find yourself here for a few days to relax, check out the WIDE selection of books. From the books to VHS selection, it definitely reminded me of my childhood. The home itself is way bigger than expected. We also did not expect the beautiful greenhouse within the home! I would definitely consider coming back if I am in the area again.

We had a wonderful stay for Ring Day weekend. Myrtle Estate was big enough to house our entire extended family. It was like a step back in time with is mid-century modern appeal. We enjoyed many meals together in the home and relaxing in the atrium late into the night was a wonderful feature. Helen is very communicative and responsive. Myrtle Estate is easy to find, close to campus but feels like its out in the country. Highly recommend.

The place was amazing, very quiet but at the same time scary at night. So avoid checking in at night.

This place is beautiful and private. We had a large group and everyone was comfortable during our stay and commented on the home’s charm. Would gladly stay again!

Helen's place was absolutely wonderful. We loved the fact that the home still has the original charm from the era built. The greenhouse/atrium was stunning. The house has absolutely everything you might need. My grandkids loved playing with the older Fisher Price toys. The beds were comfortable. There is so much space in this house that a big group does not feel crowded at all. The location is amazing. So private and tucked back away from others. And peaceful, the surroundings are so peaceful. No hustle and bustle city noise. And, Helen was so accommodating. We were in town from my daughter's ring day ceremony which was early in the morning. The a/c at her place went out so we had no place cool to kill time until check-in. Helen graciously allowed us an earlier check-in time. We absolutely will book her place again when it is the whole family coming to town.
