We where very pleased with the room very easy access to the pool good for the kids Accom property where so easy to help us from day one for check in until the day we check out.

Unfortunately it is not worth the money. the resort is quite run down, the soda bed could not be slept on we had to buy our own blow up mattress. There is also no gym at the moment. We did get reimburst which I did appreciatefrom accomm holidays.

Overall, we were happy with the property as we have stayed there for the past 3 years. Property location and room location by the pool is great. However, communication and customer service is appalling, we had a complaint regarding the sofa bed as the mattress was extremely uncomfortable my 4 and 2 year old children were unable to sleep on it that’s how uncomfortable it was, all you felt were springs not fabric, that’s how worn out it is. We didn’t hear back from anyone regarding our complaint which we left the following day we checked in, so we called again and again and finally on the day before we checked out someone answered our call and offered extra blankets for comfort. Honestly disgusting! Very poor customer service. For this reason I do not recommend Accom holidays. My suggestion is to replace your mattress for the sofa bed because honestly there is no point of having extra bedding guest must as well sleep on the floor. It’s old worn out and disgusting. Secondly attend to your customers and respond to their enquires hopeless customer service!
